This letter is to inform you that after much consideration and deliberation, Dr. Neil Doctor will no longer be at our practice effective June 1, 2023. We wish him and his family all the best for their future endeavors. With the departure Dr. Doctor, we want to assure you that your care and treatment is our top priority. We are happy to continue your treatment at Midland Spine Institute under the care of Dr. Grayson Koval with Kailea Walker, NP working alongside him. All your medical records will be available at Midland Spine Institute. You can request to pick up your medical records in order to transfer care to any other physician of your choice. If you choose this option, please contact Midland Spine Institute for a release of records. Again, your welfare is our primary concern so if you are on a prescription medication that has been prescribed by Dr. Doctor, please contact the clinic to discuss a final refill appointment or a tapering schedule before changing physicians. Dr. Doctor will be located at 2817 W Loop 250 N. STEA, Midland, Tx 79705. His new number is 432-994-6838. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this short notice of change.
